The plastic on the back feels soft to the touch. The keyboard slides out with ease, even with only one hand. It is 4.4 x 2.2 inches building pretty standard in size for a smart phone. Screen: On the front of the phone is a 3inch 400 by 240 pixel LCD touch show. The resolution is something people complain about but I find it very simple to read, even small calligraphy, and cinema look fine. The touch screen has a nice feel to it and is plenty responsive. At home this show handles light fine, but outside it is kind of washed out in sunlight. Keyboard: This keyboard is awesome. It is must for texting or typing anything. The keys are open and have a nice feel to them. There perfectly labeled with a strong back light for typing in the dark. The only problem I had is the bottom row is like this: Z|X|C|V|Space|B|N|M, which throws me off a small, though after a day or two I got used to this.
